Canberra is Australia's largest inland city and also capital. Canberra actually means a “meeting place”. It is located about 170 miles south-west of Sydney and 410 miles north-east of Melbourne. The city has been home to the countries Executive, Judiciary and Legislature arms of government for 100 years. Canberra is one of the most beautiful, cleanest, secure and hospitable capital cities in the world. It is said that your Australian tour will never be complete without visiting the capital. It is the best place to sample some of the Australian Aborigines culture. The city is certainly worth adding to your bucket list.

It provides a welcoming and multicultural society with a population that originates from around 200 countries. It is a city with a long and complex history, and one that’s about so much more than being ridiculously good looking. There are many free festivals on throughout the year, and are the indication of Australia’s rich cultural diversity.

Out of the city there is a place called Hunter Valley. It is Australia's oldest wine region, which is very much popular in producing new and innovative wines.
