Helena is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), and the President of the Portuguese Association of Positive Psychology (APPEIP). Sara W. Lazar, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School and associate researcher in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital.
